Leads you to believe that you can track anyone by simply entering their phone number. Even walks you through a simulated “look up” stating that they have information on the phone number entered, and once you sign up for payment, that option is no longer an option. It allows you to add contacts from your phone, their number and email address, but will send them a request to be tracked, which has to be approved by the other end. Seems the app description failed to fully explain that one minor detail until after you sign up.
