Does not accomplish what it advertises, false advertising, scamming.
This app claims that it can track friends, family, relationships, relatives just by their number. When you need a quick solution, a ping, and an app advertises it you follow through, well be expected to get scammed and given a run for your money. Just use life 360 and ensure that your person has location on at all times! This app is a joke!

An iPhone will already track family or friends if you share your location, I tried this app for others without an iPhone and it didn’t work
