This app used to be decent when it cuse an aerial photo. Then suddenly, the only option is like a Zillow view. This morning it was with the aerial. Now suddenly, it’s Zillow. I’m finding a better app, even if it costs more.

I use this app everyday but I’m about to find another one. The amount of Ad’s I have to sit and wait on is insane. I can deal with a 5 second add and hit “x” when it’s done. No biggie. But now they are 1-2 whole minutes and it’s incredibly annoying

Everything you hate in a app
Like many here, I used to live this app. I've had it for a long time. It's gotten progressively worse over time. Currently when I search a location the app shows a discover card ad with the X close feature right over the battery indicator on my iPhone. Which has made it impossible to close the ad. Clearly they are trying to force you to 'get' another paid app to use their app. I understand commercials, but this is some next level bullying garbage. Don't waste you time. So sad, the developers should be ashamed

A lot of users still love this app. Regarding the not closeable Discover card ad: I and other users reported that ad to Google AdMob multiple times. It took a while, but it seems it finally disappeared from their system. I did everything I could to get that ad removed in a timely manner. That ad did not appear in my Google AdMob admin moderation panel to Block for whatever reason, and I had to file a bug report about the actual admin moderation panel. AdMob support is not very quick to react. Also on any AdMob ad, you can report it, even if it is not closeable by clicking the Info button. The more reports, the better, if the ad is not closable. As the developer, I am certainly not trying to bully you, nor is Discover IMHO. It was just a glitch. I am not ashamed of my work on this app.
Website good, app bad! *Ad vomit*
I used it a few times no problem. Just tried it again several times, and it shows me ads that take up the whole screen and I can’t make go away, so I literally can’t use the app. Never encountered this before, and I’m a tech-savvy 29-year old. However, the website works well, so I recommend that.

Yeah, there were some bad ads in the system related to mortgages. Certain ad providers were abusing the system. I banned them all the best I could. Please continue to refer bad ads to me via email and I will ban them all. I will keep a closer eye on it. Thanks for the report.
Don't waste your time- No customer support!
App worked great at first! It used to be quick and easy but like other reviews said it's no longer a quick and easy tool. I was having issues with app crashing and emailed the developer about the issue. I didn't realize my phone had stopped auto updating but that was unprofessionally pointed out by the developer! I've posted his response below:

Ads
Used app everyday and loved it. Now you cant even look up a address till you watch a stupid ad. And if no ad is available you will have to wait! 1 star till they get rid of ads
Used to love it, about to delete it
I don’t mind advertising, but there has to be a better way to do it. I don’t have time to sit through a video every time I need to measure a lawn. And sometimes I get a message that there is no video available, try again later. Ridiculous. Looking for a better app now. The old web browser version was great, this version is not.

Greatness has left the building
Use to use this app regularly but since the adds it’s not so user friendly anymore. Looking for a new and better app now. I do wish these ratings had a negative star I could pin up. Kinda like an overdraft in you checking account. I don’t even want to give it a one star. That’s what most people are content with these days.

Prepare to wait hours for ads
Put in the address of a nearby field and instantly had to watch an ad. Typed in another address and had to wait until another ad was “ready” to be watched!? Useless
Ads ruined it
I loved this app and was down with the small ads. It this video crap is disappointing. I use this ad for speed can’t be wasting time watching an ad. Sorry to say I deleted it after I found out

Web browser was better
The web browser desktop version worked so much better than this app . It doesn’t work very easy at all when searching for addresses . Utilizing the measuring tools has a complex feel . It’s no longer a quick 30 seconds for me to type In a address and measure it . It takes about two to three minutes of time with this app . Please reactivate the web browser desktop version . I don’t mind going on safari they updated the app but it’s still not as good as it once was . 30% of the time it shows you the wrong house and I have to use my google maps to show me what the right house or property looks like . Maybe if there was a grid you could turn on and off that would show house numbers on the properties so you know you are looking at the right place . Like a grid that overlays down the st and has all the house #s over the properties
Also me developer if you update the app it still deserves all previous reviews you don’t get a clean slate to start with !

Good app
This app is easy to use and seems to be very accurate.
Great in theory
This app is great in theory. It took 45 minutes to get the pins to drop in the right spot on an iPad that’s 12” long. I’ll change my rating if this is. Is corrected because I don’t have that kind of time to waste. It’s an exercise in frustration.
