Please note that these devices might be your neighbors' devices if you're living in an apartment or in a densely populated area. If you're sure these devices are not yours or your neighbor's, we recommend resetting your Bluetooth settings or contacting your local authorities if you're concerned about your safety. In terms of the Apple Pen, please make sure it's charged and has Bluetooth enabled for our app to detect it. Feel free to contact us if you need further assistance. We're here to help!
