Don’t waste your money

This app GARBAGE. It’s glitchy and didn’t help with finding my device. They should have a free trial instead of charge $6 right from the start.

Great App

This app did help me find my Fitbit (it made me pay $6) but that’s nothing compared to buying another watch.

Found my Sense 2

I was skeptical, but found my fitbit in 5 min. buried between boxes in my shed.

It is ok

Last time I lost it the app I used showed geolocation rather than just cold - hot. But, I did find it - when I changed the duvet it had got caught inside 🙆🏻‍♀️🤣

You have to pay to get accurate information

I have been looking for my Fitbit for two days and was feeling very discouraged. I ended up getting this app after trying to use another one. This app led me to my Fitbit.

FAQ

What does the Find My Fitbit app do?

This app helps you locate lost Fitbit devices and other Bluetooth-enabled gadgets. It uses a proximity-based system, guiding you closer to your device by indicating 'Cold,' 'Warmer,' and 'Hot' as you approach.

What devices are compatible with Find My Fitbit?

The app is designed to find a wide range of Fitbit models, including Ace, Alta, Charge, Flex, Ionic, Inspire, Luxe, One, Sense, Surge, and Versa series. It also supports Google Pixel Watches and other Bluetooth devices like AirPods, Apple Pencil, and Apple Watch.

How does the app help me find my lost device?

The app employs a 'Cold, Warmer, Hot' game. As you move around, the indicator in the app changes to show if you are getting closer to your lost device. When you are within 3-5 feet, it will display 'Hot,' indicating you've found it.

What are the limitations of the Find My Fitbit app?

The app cannot find a Fitbit that has a dead battery or is more than 75-100 feet away from your iPhone or iPad. It relies on the device actively broadcasting a Bluetooth Low Energy signal.

Is there a cost to use Find My Fitbit?

The app is available for free with in-app purchases. The description mentions a refund offer if your Fitbit isn't found, suggesting a purchase is involved in the full functionality or refund process.
