Lost Fitbit
I believe I have done everything the app told me to do . And I am not getting anywhere , won’t let me pick what Fitbit I have so it can look for it. I have Senes Fitbit . Help
Didn’t work for me
My son lost his Fitbit and was very sad about it. We looked for it for days without any luck. I downloaded this app and followed the steps but it just keep searching and not finding. I double checked to make sure all the settings and steps were correct. We knew the battery had some life left and that it was in range because it was showing up in the Fitbit app. I was very hopeful that your app would work, but it just didn’t. I tried to contact the developer twice to see how to go about taking advantage of the money back guarantee. I never got an answer. I really didn’t want to write a bad review but wanted to be honest about my experience. We actually found the device later in the area we searched so the app should have had no problem finding it.

Amazing app
My husband hadn’t been able to find his Fitbit in a week. We’d looked all around the house. Tried a few free apps with no success then decided to download this one. It immediately showed we were “warm”. We followed it around the house, getting “hot” readings on two floors of our townhouse. Ultimately a “very hot” reading in front of the sofa and we found it, buried deep down the side. We’d both looked there several times, but it had been pushed far down. So pleased and impressed! It worked!
My previous Fitbit finder app would open and get stuck on the same screen so I bought this one. It is easy to run and found my Fitbit in less than 5 minutes! Awesome! Run...do not walk to get this app!!!

Found my Charge 2 Fitbit
I was very skeptical about paying for this app but it said 100% money back guarantee. I had spent the last few days searching and searching for my Fitbit. I installed it and it took me to the (laundry)room - where I least expected!! I had to search around but the app kept saying “hot” so I knew it had to be there! I eventually located my Fitbit attached to a beach bag I had used a week ago. I completely forgot I had worn it to the beach and NEVER would have looked in the bag.
