Would leave zero stars if I could. Worst UX/UI experience ever.
Unresponsive, crashes way too much
I used to use this app alot on my android phone and decided to redownload it on my new iPhone but i haven’t been able to get past selecting the letters, it freezes up and crashes all the time. Disappointing how poorly optimized it is.
Glitches on my iPad
No problems on my phone, but when it comes to my iPad there are glitches and I don’t know how to fix this Tried reinstalling the app a couple of times but the glitch still didn’t fix I don’t know what’s happening with it I bought this iPad in October and the first couple of times I started using it was fine but after that it started having problems! Please fix this as soon as possible. Thanks! <3

Crashes Every Time
Used to be a great app, but now crashes every time I run it after photographing and aligning a page on iOS 18

I had this app on my galaxy worked amazing!!! No issues. When I use it w my iPhone it freezes cannot upload the photo I even tried to take photo to search for font and after I added the letters it froze

In serious need of an update
App used to work great, was my main tool for sourcing fonts I saw in real life. Something must have been broken by a past IOS update because for years the app has been totally nonfunctional. Almost the entire user interface is unresponsive, fix the bugs or just remove the broken app

App startet ganz vielversprechend, die Letternwahl ist etwas fummelig und dann geht es einfach nicht weiter. Scheint eher eine Beta-Version zu sein.

Semakin lama semakin buruk, dibuka cuma loading terus. Sudah di install ulang juga tidak ada perubahan. Harusnya ada pembaruan
App does not work
I installed the app with no problem. Seemed simple enough to use, but every time I tried to load an image the app froze. Tried at least a dozen times. Totally useless to me.
Won’t open images
It doesn’t allow you to choose images on iOS 18, let alone ask for permission to access your image library. A real shame because it was the greatest app or service of its kind.

Opened the app, pointed it at the words on the screen, followed the instructions and selected the letters to be identified and the app froze. Tried it numerous times but it froze every time.

Useless on iOS
Worked absolutely amazing on my pixel 2xl, nothing but crashes on my iPhone. Desktop app is still flawless. Sad to see the lack of support or updates for iOS.
