Misleading App
Signed up and paid yearly subscription only to find out that it did not work as advertised. Cancelled subscription right away before it scams me out of more money.

This app is good, it has good features but couldn’t perform the task i needed it for, plus unnecessary ads. You need the other person to accept. You can get the same thing with Find My app for free. Two minutes and I knew I didn’t want it and tried to get a refund but literally within minutes and no luck. So I just lost the 12.99 for the week thank goodness I didn’t get the 3 month or year

they mislead you to believe you can just enter a phone number and track that which i’m sure they can but then you sign up and you can not without adding them and they allowing access so totally scammed us from their misleading ad

Email is bogus
I signed up for this because I wanted to keep track of my children. They refuse to do it so I’m trying to email them to cancel my subscription and the email on the bottom of the page as buggers. I cannot find a place on the website anywhere to cancel my subscription on my own and they will not cancel it. They just keep sending random emails that make no sense and now I’m not unintelligent.
