No se complete el process de actualizacion

IPad con iOS 9.3.5 no se actualiza. Dabs el mensaje que no se puede actualizar, no se puede desacertar la app y que se pruebe en otro momento pero es imposible dando el mismo fallo. Sería interesante buscar una solución.
Probado nuevamente da mensaje que quizá haya sido adquirido con otra cuenta, cosa que no ha sido así.

Приложение перестало работать , просит обновиться но, у меня iphone 4 он не обновляется до ios 10 .
