Our family has used this app for years, and unfortunately , the location tracking has been very inaccurate lately. It will show someone being outside a location, sometimes across the street, or even a wooded area, when they are actually inside the location just 10-20 feet away.
This has become a serious concern because we rely on this app for accurate location information.
Please look into this tracking issue and fix it. We really hope this can be resolved because our family of 8 has trusted and used this app for years.

Wildly unreliable
Never fails that when I actually need it I’ll wait 10+ minutes for it to locate something if it does at all.
I think it’s GREAT!!
I Locate my Dad and wife and brothers alll the time. It’s pretty Chill!!!
Never works
As much tracking as they do. They offer products like AirPods and it has never in my life worked when it comes to the other features. These products are so expensive and they never invest into making all the features to work properly. It is very disappointing. Even iCloud and storage everything buffers when they should be instantly viewable.

Broken
Find My used to work perfect but now I don’t know what Apple did and now it freezes and you have to keep opening and closing the app just to get some location. Horrible app and don’t know what happened but they need to fix it.

It’s not perfect it used to work great but know I recommend it to get an update.
Works only sometimes
I have a teen with autism that attends an adult program where they go out into the community to learn skills. As a mother it’s very worrisome, but I know it’s good and necessary for him. This app works about 3 out of 5 times; often unable to locate. Once it gave me a wrong location completely freaking me out. I don’t understand.

App isn’t accurate like it used to be to be
Lately it freezes and doesn’t give accurate locations. This app needs an update
ITS AMAZING! I would just add one thing
Make it so the AirPod case, Left AirPod and Right AirPod are on there so you can find them - I always accidentally fall asleep with the Right one in and I can never find it so I go on Find My to see but it doesn’t have it, so now I have to manually search for it
Hours or days behind
Location is not accurate. Notifications are hours and sometimes days behind.
Doesn’t locate
We switched my daughter to an Apple Watch to locate after 5 hours it doesn’t update and she’s only up the street. Note she’s at school and I have no way to check on her if something happens!
Still have the old map I want the new map instead
New map
Works 20 percent of the time
Case and pods can be 100 percent charged and next to me buried in covers and the app just keeps loading to play the sound. Other times it shows the device I’m looking for moving around the map like someone else has it when it is just sitting in one place somewhere. I expected Apple to make the improvements they needed to make over the years for this little app. Instead we are just getting updates no one is asking for.

Fix the accuracy
It’s a decent app, but it has terrible accuracy. My brother lost his phone riding his bike and I couldn’t find the phone’s location. I found it after 15 min. Fix the dang accuracy
Anytime I’ve needed it, it doesn’t work
Anytime I actually cannot find my iPad or AirPods or anything, it’s never correct on the location. Like right now, can’t find my AirPods. But it’s insisting it’s directly in the room with me, “Now” in green, and it’s not. It’s even failed to play the tone to alert me where it is, but it still says yep the AirPods are here. They aren’t. This is ALWAYS the experience.

Freezing and Update
This app needs to be updated more often. Constant freezing and it takes forever to show an updated location.
Constantly Freezes or Times Out
My husband and I share locations and any i try and track his location so i can get dinner started it’s always frozen to his work location and says it’s from 9 /11/15 sometimes even longer then that. And will not update. I can be on the phone with him and he can be around the corner and his location is still delayed and behind. It never updates accurately or in real time.

Thing is always loading but can never find location!
Less than 50%
I have a Wallet tracker and it will say I left it at the store I stopped at 200 miles away when it is in my hand.. I have an air tracker on my 13-yr old dog and he can be two blocks away and it says he's at home. or he can be one block away and it says he's on the other side of the pond. Disappointing performance. 2 stars is probably too generous.
