All it has is Chinese at a future where we can at least make it what our language is

This app showed up for me in Australia, is description in English, so I downloaded it. The first option is to choose your region, with 2 options, neither in English (Japanese/chinese/Im not sure sorry). So I am unable to even progress past the first screen.
Please do not select to have your app in English speaking regions without providing a way for users to be able to also use the app.
