Ap does not work

I downloaded this ap as it looked interesting, soon to learn it doesn't tell you crap without a subscription so I pay for a 30 day subscription and it still doesn't work. The subscription has not updated the ap. It keeps tell me upgrade and when I try it says you have already upgraded. I want my money back, I can't use the ap. HELP!
