I was trying to make a profile and it wouldn’t let me pass the verification because every time I would click to upload a video and verify it would crash and I did this for days. So I think it’s a scam.

I was scammed by a user on this app and reported them. The support team reached out to me and said they refunded not only the scam transaction, but all other transactions and removed all my credits for messages. Then they said I had to use crypto and it derailed all of my conversations with matches. Now I can’t even contact support because I’ve been flagged. I was the one that got scammed yet they treat me like I am some kind of scammer when I am giving them good and honest business.

Lately is full of woman trying to keep the conversation for too long, or using ai to answer. some of them already have a men and are desperate to make money, get angry when you don’t want to send credits, they are not looking for any kind of relationship (like is supposed to be) but they fake they do.

This app is a complete scam. None of the women will ever meet you in real life or even text you outside of the app, but they sure will make you think they will and will fill your head with hope and false promises. They’ll say anything they think you want to hear, as long as it keeps you sending texts on the app. Findmate threatens the women with bans if they try to suggest moving off the app and going to a different platform that won’t drain your wallet, so if you try to ask them on a date or even talk to them anywhere else outside of the app, you’re playing a losing game because they’ll think you’re trying to scam them or that they’ll lose their “job” if they accept. For a lot of them, this is their only source of income. Findmate basically just acts as their virtual pimp.

Frustrating
This app is so frustrating! You can’t even buy tokens with CC. They want you to use cryptocurrency. Customer service don’t even help or you just get ignored. How can you use the app without tokens to pay with.

I was on Findmate for two months. First online dating site I’d ever used. Sure, it’s pay to play for men which makes it very different. I was barraged with incoming messages to the tune of 100 per day. Many nudes. Block the Philippines for a more wholesome experience. I wasn’t looking for love, but made some good friends along the way.
If you have issues with the women on the site or the way it’s set up, that’s a you problem. Don’t trust who you’re talking to? “Send me a picture of you holding a coffee cup”. There you go, she’s verified. Don’t want to pay 10¢/message? As soon as you have a good rapport built up (like 15-20 messages) ask them to go to another app. Then you’re not paying and you know she doesn’t care that she’s not earning by talking to you. Not hard, gentlemen.
Use this app to meet people and move on to somewhere else, just like in life. You don’t keep meeting her at the same bar where y’all met, right?

This app is a total scam. They verified my account and then sent me an email saying I can log back in then sent me an email saying that I was kicked out then another email saying I can log back in and won’t let me login until I have a man pay to sign up and then I can log back in. It’s a scam. They won’t let me delete my pictures and they won’t let me use my account and I have money sitting in my payments that I can’t cash out either. It’s a scam they’re using your pictures and ripping you off.
