No App Support
This is a very disappointing App, as the devices that it is meant to work with just fail to register. Please provide a proper support platform. I have devices that I can’t use because of your lack of support
The App doesn’t work
I set up the GPS device and logged into the app and it is listed as offline. I followed the instructions and purchased the SIM card recommended for the device. I can call the number for the sim and the devices microphone works but there is no connectivity to the app.
I’ve tried all of the troubleshooting steps provided and even uninstalled and reinstalled the app with no change.
I figured that maybe I needed to wait (that’s what the SIM card instructions said - up to 72 hours for GPS functions) but it has been over a week and still no change.
I gave 2 stars because I’m hoping to get a resolution for this issue ASAP

no way to make an account
I Purchased a gps tracker that was exspensive only to discover that the work behind it is cheap rubish, the app required for the gps module is this one that does not have a create account link but requires a loggin, must be a private or request only thing.
Has its faults
This app could be quite good if the bugs were fixed. Time on the tracker is wrong. 7 hours in front in my case from the UK. Inconsistent position updates make it unreliable. No battery remaining. Please fix the time issue and the position updates and add a tracker battery display. If it was possible to get position updates via sms you would have a great product.
