It’s saying unknown error does anybody know what I need to do to fix this or is the app not working anymore ?

My baby was born two months premature and requires a specific formula. It was near impossible to find during the formula shortage and extremely stressful. I woke up to do a feeding at 4 AM and had received a notification at 1 AM that it was in stock at Target. I ordered the formula immediately. When I was up again at 8 AM, Target was completely sold out. I would not have been able to get what my baby needs without this app. Thank you.

Whenever they say they found formula its not at the store!
Is it me?
I don’t know if I’m just not seeing something, but it’s not doing anything. After I chose the formula that I want alerts for and they tap “send test text notification” I don’t get anything. I got the phone number verification text in the beginning so I don’t know what’s wrong.

Really good but still needs work
The app is good and has helped me get my baby some formula a lot but I also wish that it had more of the different sized cans on there because some brands have 4-5 different sizes and the app only has 2. It’ll be even more helpful once those different sizes are added due to some being on Wic and only showed certain ones. Overall tho, I really do love it ❤️

Hello, We do search for all sizes. Most products have 5-6 sizes. But that doesn’t mean they ever go in stock. But I promise I search all sizes including bulk ordering. Like 4 cans in one order.

False in stock alerts and no alerts for stores that are in stock.

Sorry for the issues. Not every alert is perfect but it’s better than scanning manually. Formula is just getting worse each day.

It came through at a perfect time!! It was almost always correct! The few times the formula wasn’t there was probably because so many had downloaded this app and got to it before me LOL!! My granddaughter was a preemie born right when the shortage began!! This app was perfect!
