Confusing
There are two apps called FindMy in my phone. Both have tags you can locate. At first I couldn’t find my tags in either of them but then I found them in this app. As an aside, I would like to see a history of where the tag has gone recently. Other than that this is ok.
Not good
The area never changes. Bought this for my dog that likes to run off and it says that she is in the house even when she isn’t. It is pretty useless as a tracker as her position never changes. Would not recommend
Worthless
Shows the dog exists, if the dog happens to be next to you. Struggled through multiple reboots etc for hours. At one point we got the app to provide locations for the dog with time stamps. That is, in the past. Which would not help, you know, find the dog in real time. Zero support available online or otherwise. A fiasco.

Location updates
I bought the tag for my cat. Everything seemed to be working ok for roughly two weeks. However, it’s no longer showing updates on my cat’s location. It is still showing the last updates for 12/31/25 today 01/06/26. It’s useless at this point.

Great tracker so far. It updates the location almost immediately and is very accurate. Simple and easy to use
Tracks your phone not Tag
Got rid of the GPS Tag. It was tracking my phone, not the tag. If I could give it less than ONE STAR I would.
Disappointing
I just set it up and my dog, who is on my lap, is in the yellow zone. He is also apparently in the front and back yard simultaneously, there are 2 dog icons for my dog on the screen.
Would not detect the device
It couldn’t be used as when the SN number and the Retrieve key were used neither one helped the tag to be detected. The YouTube tutorial didn’t help. No app support. Do not recommend.

It just keeps saying that the device has not been activated yet or that the key is incorrect.
Horrible App
This app really needs an update- it’s one of the worst apps I’ve ever used. Literally takes like an hour until the location changes. Giving it one more week and then I’m returning the 2 tags I bought for a better product and with an app that actually works.

Tracking my cat
I was really hoping this would track my cat in real time. It only does so when it wants to. So when I really need to find my cat I can’t.
Not great
I was hoping to use this to keep track of my indoor/outdoor cat but it’s terrible at giving an accurate location.
It also takes somewhere between 5 minutes to 8 hours to update its location! I don’t know what it’s pinging off of to give the signal, but it’s not really THAT reliable at all. Would not recommend👎🏻

Too slow and late
I literally can say don’t use this app if you are wanting reliable updates. It’s at least 30minutes behind where things are actually at. Defeats the purpose of having it. So disappointing

How can I share tags?
How can I share tags info with family member? So they can open the app and see locations themselves. I found once I pair with the tag, the phones won't be able to.
