too slow
always just shows the spinning dial and never actually loads. i tried to use this once when my dog had accidentally got out of my yard and i got so frustrated bc it didnt work. thank god she was justa round the corner from the block and we got her back and useless app when most necessary

App doesn’t work
I have two android phones, wasn’t able to download it on either phone. Finally able to download the app on my iPhone xr. Says app only works on older versions of androids.

When I click the paw print and heart icons, it says please wait and just continues to spin. I have to exit the app and come back in to do anything. The app runs really slow.

google login?
I registered online on a browser and used a google account. There doesn't seem to be a way to log in on the app with a google account.

Thank you for using Findpet. Currently, Google sign-in is not available in the mobile app, but you can use your Gmail email to get a password by resetting it. Then login into the app using the new password. This way you will be able to login with Gmail on the website and with email & password in both services.
