Horrible Update, Horrible New Point System
I don’t even understand why there was such a huge update to the Fine Fettle app and point system because now it’s virtually impossible to use the app. It’s not even letting me add anything to my cart with my account that I’ve had with you guys for over a year because they’re saying you guys cannot find the user. Trash update.

App still needs work
The app’s most recent update was absolutely necessary, but still needs work to get to full functionality.
One primary issue is the menu selection setting from recreational to medical. The update causes all orders to sit default as recreational and even after selecting the switch to medical, orders max out at recreational limits.

Annoying
The direction buttons literally go over the order buttons. You can’t see what’s on the buttons because some stupid light color. Go to school!!!!
The app is terrible but the dispensary’s are worse
Sadly the app is the best part of fine fettle. As bad as the app is the actual stores are far worse. Unless you have 45 minutes to spend picking up a preorder just avoid like the plague and use a real dispensary

That is easy to navigate and I enjoy selecting and shopping for a quick fast pick up all the go experience. The orders are ready very quick and you are alerted.
Does not work
When ever I try using the app it does not work all the time I never get any loyalty points when I do get the app to work
Glitchy
Very glitchy lately and keeps giving me errors and making me redo my order more then once so when it feels like working it will work or it will give me an attitude if it was a human and not comply with me. The service is great the software really should be updated. Like begging you for an update cuz it’s not user friendly and very annoying. If you click to use the points it takes it away and it won’t show I have them anymore. So I don’t touch that feature anymore either and tell them in person I wanna use my points.

Can’t sign in
I attempt to sign in as i usually do on the website, the backwards backfliping where i have to sign in twice via google. But god forbid this app get that to load. So I reset my password only for it to not go through, so I reset my password AGAIN for it to not go through AGAIN so I try it a third time for it to not work again before I gave up and just decided to go with a dispensary that’s easier to order from… or one I can order from AT ALL

What is this app? It’s buggy and awkward to navigate. IheartJane.com already exists and manages to function perfectly. This seems moot. Sorry Fine Fettle!

I have nothing but problems with their app and website and it’s unfortunate because I would go there more if I didn’t have such issues
Bad app
This app stinks. Trying to become a member is as hard as splitting the atom I guess. I tried to sign up online the stupid screen won’t scroll on that page for some reason and when I finally managed to mess around with it enough for it to work it still comes up saying I have to fill in all the fields when I’ve done that. Then I go download the app to try it out and I go to sign up fill out all the info. THERE ISNT EVEN A BUTTON TO CLICK SIGN UP. Like what’re we doin here?!?

Onwards and upwards!
The app has become more and more user-friendly as time has passed. I can only speak for my local dispo in Rowley, but the place is awesome. Fantastically, friendly, fantastic prices, and all around great experience every single time. I give this place so much word-of-mouth advertising, and they deserve every bit of it.
The only negative I’ll add is the app update that added the back/refresh/forward button smack in the middle if the screen was a bad idea, get rid of that stupid thing it’s right in front of all the search results, should have been thought through further before implementation.
