Crashes constantly

Crashes when connecting iPhone to Mac. Doesn’t record sound to video. Hangs a lot. Such a shame.

Could not connect to PC

The Windows software wouldn’t connect to YouTube. Tech support replied by telling me that it worked for them. Then I tried the iPhone app which insists that I am not connected to my Windows PC when I clearly am. Very frustrating!

Doesn’t work worth a crap. Pc app no longer connects to iPhone, tries, but app quits unexpectedly. Does the same on the iPhone :-/
