Actually the most reliable and affordable network in Bulgaria. Very good app and location. When I travel I use them and no one else.

The app is not optimised. I can’t log into my account.It is a scam.

Kudos for the small app size - adding a star! Autocharge recognition is reasonable. It is a prepaid service, my use is occasional and have to constantly add more credit. Although the app shows my card in it, each credit recharge requires to reenter all card details. “Done” button is at the edge of the screen and is hard to be detected at the app, so you are often stuck in a menu. Charge report screen is a white page with tiny letters, no fonts or shapes etc. It’s rudimentary and unusable.

Wow excellent app, perfect chargers. I wish I have the same experience with the apps in Romania. Maybe you take into consideration to open 150kwh charging points in Romania too.
Crappy app
Because of this crappy app I don‘t use the charging stations. Starting to charge your car with Fines is a nightmare!

Mobile verification
I am not sure why you implemented this, but it DOES NOT WORK! You messaging service is absolute crap and everytime i have to use your app it takes me more time to START charging that the actual charging takes. Build a working app!!!!
Fast and reliable!
I had to cross Bulgaria and found Fines fast chargers perfect: proper charging power, functional app. I hope Fines will extend to Romania too, where bigger names aren’t able to put up a decent app or deliver more than 50kW.
