NEW: The NYPD Department Manual is here. Browse the Patrol Guide and Administrative Guide procedure by procedure, right in the app. Read the full text of hundreds of procedures, see when a procedure was last changed, and compare revisions over time. Verified law enforcement members can also ask questions and get answers grounded in the manual text. Also new: signing in is simpler. You can now create a Finest Command account with just an email and password, right in the app. No Google or Apple account required. Sign in with Google or Apple still works and is the fastest way in. Plus: - The Advancement tab now opens to the most recent month with data instead of a blank current month. - Updated in-app billing components and general reliability improvements.
