Doesn’t work
I wouldn’t touch anything from this company. Their support cant tell me the issue but either their app or equipment doesn’t work either way just ends with them stealing your money and not providing what you paid for
Needs work
There isn’t much point to this app. All the details are available in the helium app which you need to run your hotspot. There is no additional info in the app to help diagnose.
Also, when you are in the diagnose window there is no back button. You need to close out of that window and reconnect to get to one of the other screens.

The support desk is nonexistent. Any attempt to solicit help via email or contact info on website goes unanswered.
Does not connect WiFi, “You password is incorrect”
This app does nothing to connect my FinestraMiner to my WiFi. The app constantly produces error messages when paired via Bluetooth, indicating, “You password incorrect”. (Yes, “You’re” is spelled wrong in the error message). Anyway, I verified that my password is correct. Finestra suggested that my WiFi password might not work if it has any special characters (it does not, it is 8 numbers long). I also heard that the SSID should not have any special characters. (My SSID does not, it is letters only). The only thing I’ve been able to do with this app is run the diagnostics report, which confirms that my miner is not connected to WiFi. And the diagnostics report is the same as I get in the Helium app, which will also not connect the miner to my WiFi, indicating that the WiFi network is “0” (zero). The scan for available WiFi networks does not work also.
