Best ,

It is a little confusing,but it’s ok

I love the app!

As a cube beginner, I just needed a timer that would be similar to a normal one you would see at a comp. This app was just that! It is perfect if you just want a timer!

FAQ

What is Finger Timer?

Finger Timer is a mobile application designed to function as a speedcubing and speedstacking timer. It provides a simple interface for timing your puzzle solves, tracking your performance statistics, and even connecting to another device to display your times.

How do I use Finger Timer to time a solve?

To start a solve, place your fingers on the left and right pads. When both red and green lights are on, release your fingers to begin the timer. To stop, place your fingers back on the pads. Press 'RESET' to start a new solve.

What are the differences between the free and full versions?

The free version has a 10-minute time limit, display connection for up to 10 minutes, scramble for 2x2x2 and 3x3x3 cubes, and shows only Ao5. It also includes ads. The full version offers a 60-minute time limit, longer display connection, scrambles for more cube sizes (up to 5x5x5), displays Ao5 and Ao12, and is ad-free.

Can I connect Finger Timer to another device?

Yes, you can connect your Timer device running the app to a Display device (computer or mobile) with a web browser. Ensure both devices are on the same Wi-Fi network, enable display connection in the app settings, and enter the provided address in the display device's browser.

What statistics does Finger Timer provide?

The app automatically generates statistics as you use the timer. It displays the average time, and the full version also shows Ao5 (average of 5) and Ao12 (average of 12). Detailed statistics can be viewed and cleared or copied from the 'About' page.
