App Functionality is Terrible!!
BLUF: My 1 star rating is due to how terrible the app is and because they did not have chai lattes even though I was able to order it through the app.
The app functionality is terrible. First, the camera scanner does not get into focus so you can't scan the QR code on your gift card so you'll have to manually input the number into the app. Once you order on the app, you can't even use the gift card so then what's the point of even adding that functionality into the app? Despite adding the gift card onto the app, the app did not have the option to select the gift card you had inputted and requires you to input the digits of the gift card again. When you do that, it does not register and the app is not able to use your gift card at all.
The second big problem was that I ordered two chai lattes through the app. When I went to the store to pick them up, they told me that they did not have the chai latte available. That was super annoying because why did the app allow me to order it, then I had to wait for the pickup time, go to the store for them to tell me that they did not even have the drinks available? The app is terribly designed. Besides the disappointing app, the chai lattes are good.
Third, the rewards page glitches out, you’ll open it and then it’ll immediately blank out.
