Great idea, AWFUL implementation
I would HAPPY to pay for something like this if it worked …. it doesn’t … not at all. This app is useless. It forgets information you just entered, will not allow you to delete any journals or incidents added and it is just plain cumbersome to use. On an incident, nobody has time to horse around with crappy software. There’s no way to upload photos for future reference either.

JUNK!!!
I was excited to use the app and it’s features, but turns out it’s absolute garbage. Don’t waste your time. The app crashes and doesn’t function correctly. If I could rate it a zero I would
Wanting to give it a try…. But…
I wanted to give this application a try for my department. Loaded the iPad version up and created a login. I even signed up for the subscription. My hope was that this would be an easy way for our Captains to log their responses and conduct NFIRS reports. No such luck.
The system will not acknowledge my account. I did all of the steps listed. Then I created a support ticket. Waited 4 days with no response. Called them…. Voicemail… still no call back. Getting very discouraged.
I almost thought that this app was abandoned. But there seems to be some roadmap information on the support site for 2021.
I will give them until end of today… then I will give up and move on to another solution.

Unreliable
Every time I start the app and enter all of my fd information, the system either crashes or opens and then forgets what I've entered. The format of the system is great, but it's a pain to enter all of the information just to have it lost. Still using paper!
Does Not Save Personal Info / No Landscape Mode
I entered in all my personal information and went to use it for the first time and it was all eased. I tried to bypass entering in all the personal information again and just document a fire and it crashed several times. I tried to use it in landscape mode, the app doesn't like that either. Frustrated. Work the bugs out, I may try it again, this can be good.
