This app is THE most frustrating and useless app I’ve had the misfortune to use for a number of years. The free version has virtually zero redeeming features. Plus it simply fails to work.
As for the “paid” versions, I’m not going to pay for extra features when even the basics don’t work.

Barely works on the free version….
Hard to use with inconsistency throughout. It MAY work with the paid for version but with no guarantee it will actually work you could end up with less money and a larger number of useless/unworkable features. Better off just buying a spare remote.
And considering your only trying to control what you already have paid for, charging a subscription is pretty poor. As a minimum you’d have thought Amazon would include it with the Prime Subscription.

Really pathetic. Cannot get my remote to work so thought this would work. This app is useless and only wants you to subscribe an absorbent amount of money to use it. Will not let you even hit the home button. Money grabbing and disgusting.

Terrible app
Connected the first time used it has not worked since. You would think it would already be enrolled with the set originally got it for and set up for. Since then nothing. Horrible !!
Utterly useless
My firestick remote has died so I tried to set up this app instead - the free, limited version cannot even scroll through options. The only button you can use without payment is the enter button. The idea that someone would subscribe and pay a pound a week to use a tv remote is insane! Have immediately deleted the pointless app.

Ich war nur zu faul die Fernbedienung um kurz vor Mitternacht noch zu suchen, landete die app herunter und es hat sehr schnell udn easy sich koppeln lassen und bevor ich die erste Taste klicken konnte wurde mir schon ein Abo aufgezwungen. Also wirklich du kannst nicht machen GAR NIX wenn du kein pro Abo von einer Woche für 10€ machst oder ein Jahres Abo 1,..€ pro Woche oder das direkt alles bezahlen für 90€. ABGESEHEN davon das sie Preise absurd respektlos sind ist es auch einfach dreist das man die App kein einziges Mal nutzen kann bevor es ein Abo abdrehen will. Nun ja Ende vom Lied, ich hatte dann doch ganz schnell die Motivation fürs suchen
