Is this app even supported any longer
Haven't had an apple product for awhile. Just got a new iPad and downloaded the app. It no longer works. Use to love this love it
Works great on my iPhone
This app makes accessing the firearms talk forum easier than the website. Simple, intuitive, & I've had no problems during the past +/- year I've used it.
Horrible app
I was trying to post a classified via the iPhone app and it would not let me, citing I needed a prefix to post. I then posted on someone's for sale app asking what exactly that meant so I could try and sell the scope. The next morning I try to post again and the admin had banned me for spamming... I'm pretty sure asking how to post is not spam... But whatever.

Everyone Should Have This App!
While the Firearms Talk Forum (FTF) is geared toward firearms enthusiasts and 2nd Amendment supporters as a means to share knowledge, news, opinions, etc. I believe everyone would benefit from utilizing this app.
Firearms enthusiasts will find they share many things in common but will also learn we aren't always in agreement with regard to numerous topics.
Even so, the staff and contributors at FTF do an excellent job of keeping discussions objective, professional and on topic. They don't tolerate "trolls" or personal attacks. To me, that's what elevates this forum above all others related to the topic of firearms.
If you're still on the fence, or even a dyed in the wool gun control advocate, I recommend you download this app and take a look around. You'll find it to be informative, and who knows, you just may find yourself jumping off the fence to our side, or having your dye fade, once you learn more about the real law abiding citizens who are firearms enthusiasts and support the 2nd Amendment in its current form.
Also, give the FTF podcast a try. It's created weekly and contains a lot of interesting material.

A real club
This app gives one access to the wealth of information possessed by its participants. You can get tips, leads on where to find ammo or gear, best prices, etc, or just hang out and talk guns. It's like going to the range and hanging out without the drive, and you don't need your computer. Love it!
Firearms talk app...
...does what it's made for but could be better. I'd like to see access to their website integrated into this app. I'd also like to see it better suited for the iPhone 5 screen. It works fine on ipad as well.

Very informative app that sheds quite a bit of light on all different kinds of firearm topics. Well organized and never have a problem with it.

This app is great. The forum is great, too. People from all over the world answer any question you could ask. And no jerks. They have a rule against personal attacks and it is really enforced.

My favorite site
Firearms Form is without question my #1 non-news outlet web site. After checking Drudge, Fox, and CNN, I cycle through Firearms to learn from my fellow arms enthusiast. I always earn something new, get my curiosity peaked, or find an answer from a more experienced compadre to further my understanding.

I love the App. I don't have s lot of time to sit and look around at all the info and topics but with the app it's easy to check in if only a few mins here and there. Try it you will love it.

Great addition to the forum. Simple and very user friendly. Became a supporting member because this is one of the better conversational forums in regards to firearms. Not too many mall ninjas. Just down to earth people.
