App is not working on register or login

The watch is very good and worthy of it but when you come to the app the app is worst I can not login or register at least i can not even reset password for my account
before the update the app is good with out any issues but when the app got a update of 1.1.0 it became worst
so please make the app better in login page

From 5 years I am using fire bolt watches only. They are awesome . Water resistant all features are soo good . Unbreakable glass on the top . In this low price range . I love it . It looks decent on my hand. About service awesome experians . For 4 years only one cell used its looks great for my 1st watch . From their I purchased 8 watches in this Two months from Gifting people .They are in good condition . I love fire bolt Products...

FireBoltt has stopped developing this app. They use a different app called Da Fit instead now.

I am using watch for the last 1 yr. it’s working fine and good. But when it comes to app part, need some more attention. Forgot password not working its shows network not reachable . Have tried in other phone it’s same. Kindly look into it and do the needful.

Worst App
In the beginning it was keeping logging out we should sign in now its not evening signing in after logout am regretting for purchasing the watch

Really bad app ,tried hell lot of times to register after buying watching but not able to register. Always showing network gap. Really annoying frustrating

The application doesn’t allow you to log in. It always shows network gap…. I don’t get the meaning of network gap like what does network gap means…?? I have been using the watch for more than a year but once I logged out of application I’m not able to log in again
