I love this app. It does exactly what I need it to do.
This app was great until it wasn’t
I have never had an issue doing what I need to do through this app, but since I upgraded my WiFi and my phone, I can’t even log in. I turned off Face ID and signed in manually, with the same credentials as I use on the website with no issues, and I still can’t log into the app. After one attempt, it states my account is locked again.
I rely on this app to do most of my banking. I hope a fix is available soon. Even when I’ve called, all I’m told is it’s a problem on my end and no one knows how to help me other than unlocking.
