Issue with using app

Just tried to study and it says there is an update needed to use the app but if you follow the link there is not an update available. Please correct this otherwise used it to promote and it helped abundantly.

App won’t open

Updated it, now the app won’t let me use it. Keeps popping up “update app to use” but the app is already up to date. Frustrating considering I need this study prep.

In app purchase not received

I’ve tried twice, paid $20 and got nothing. No help, not contact info, and purchase is “not eligible for refund.” I guess no matter how much spend, if they give you NOTHING then they refund nothing. Don’t waste your money. It has a below 3 star rating for a reason, in it for money and not helping firefighters.

Paid content disappeared

I paid for access to 7th ed Fire I/II, and it didn’t unlock until I submitted a bad review AND hunted down the very difficult to find contact info for the app developer. My content was unlocked for me, and then relocked again a couple weeks later. Have received no reply from developer.

No access to paid content

I purchased access to a course through the app, and the content remains locked. It seems to be a problem a lot of people have. The app has no customer support so there is no way to address the issue.

Took away my access - FIXED

I paid $8.99 for my “unlimited” access. 3 weeks later, no longer have access to my course. Unable to find where to contact anyone to fix this. Until they can fix it. My review will remain 1 star Update: was contacted by their support group. Logging out and back in restored my access.

It was good until it wasn’t

This app was great up until it decided that I wasn’t allowed to use a subscription I paid for in less than 2 weeks time

Can’t reset password

I’ve tried multiple times to reset my password but I’m not receiving the emails with the token required.

Crashing

I will start a test and get through a few questions, then the program will glitch and start the test over. I’ll sometimes get 15-20 questions in and then it will glitch and take me back to like question 5. Pretty frustrating since I have an exam in a couple days.

I bought the course 3 weeks ago and now it’s locked me out and trying to make me pay for it again. Do not purchase this.

Fire exam prep

Purchased this app last week and now the course I bought is saying it locked trying to make me pay twice… seems to be an issue with a lot of people. This needs to be fixed.

Excellent App and customer service

If you have any issue with the app, reach out the to customer service email. They responded in less than a day and fixed my issue immediately! I have used other apps and the old version of this app, and so far both a great! I love the test prep and that the app offers so many other preps such as Hazmat.

What happened to my purchase???

I bought this app recently. Been using it to study for exams and now says I have invalid credentials, and making me buy it again. I’ve already purchased it once. When I go to the Code3apps page it still has my login, shows my progress through the chapters that I’ve made but when selecting My Purchase shows nothing found.

Purchase went away

I purchased the in app 11.99 access and it went away due to an error. Now I’m not able to access all the information I was yesterday. Need this fixed asap.

Bought driver operator and aerial and company officer 6th edition and after about two months it’s wanting me to buy again. I do not recommend this app
