They will lose you order and give it to someone else. Then, they will raise their voice on you and try to call you theft just because they give your order someone else by their fault. It was On Friday afternoon at Rwais branch. The lady there was so rude and losing her mind that she want you to be the looser.

No actual grams info about anything
There’s no information about how many grams is included in the meals of meat/chicken, and if you are to buy “extra protein” there’s no grams information about what “extra” really is, some have calories info but that can be very misleading
No customer service
I’ve order from this app and delivered in 60 mins covered with sour cream and cold.

I disagree with most comments i like the app but not having apple pay is such an inconvenience. Its sad that start up companies have apple pay while firegrill doesnt.

I ordered and paid from the app. It took my money and then told me the order failed. I spent the next two weeks in contact with the restaurant manager and trying to get in contact with the management. No one in the head office contacted me. The only person who helped was the restaurant manager.

What is the purpose of this app?
I made an order for pickup and it showed on the app that it’s ready for pickup! When I arrived I found out that they haven’t prepared it yet!!

Possibly the worst app on the AppStore
Literally full of bugs, crashes a lot, a lot of options missing, and for some reason doesn’t work properly after midnight even though the store opens 24/7!!
