Where did all the games go? All the games I use to play and my game history of this games are gone why?? The Blazing Bison Gloden Blitz is gone, Shamerock Fortunes is gone too. No Huff N Puff. I don’t know what yall did to this app but it sucks.

The worst online casino app
I've been unable to even play a game even tho they took my deposit! I contacted support and they have given me the run around. So my deposit just sits in my account there and I can't use it. I dont recommend using this app at all. This was my 1st time trying to play on this app and I've been on chat 3 times and still no answers. Worst ever !!

Should be a Zero star but that’s not available. You can make a deposit but have no way to make a withdrawal. When I questioned it on chat, they blocked my account and are sending me to their Risk Management. Over $25.
Multiple issues with app
Red hot reward offers section never works, can’t see offers. Points earned for tier level doesn’t sink up properly, it’s always wrong have to swipe at casino to figure out points earned or talk to host.

One of the worse mobile casino apps. Glitches
Trying to make a deposit and it takes you all the way through to the end, but then takes you to a page telling you to use the mobile app when you’re using the mobile app. I’ve deleted and reloaded the app many times over 3-4 months. Then one time I logged in and had a bunch of money in my account from all of the previous $100-$200 deposit attempts. But it didn’t take if from my bank account when I attempted it, it took more than $1000 at once. I did chat a couple of times with someone thru the chat feature who was unable to help. Their only solution was to delete the app and reinstall.

Worst payouts of all online Michigan casinos
My win/loss ratio at Firekeepers online is HORRENDOUS compared to all the other online casinos I play (and I play a lot). Perhaps I should have waited until they built up their bank but my advice would be to get your Vegas on at a different site.

Great tribal casino. Wonderful people in Host Services. The cleaning staff is exceptional. I really don’t know where they come from but whenever I get up from a slot a cleaning service member is there to wipe it down and disinfect. If you can, route a small tip to these valuable people who work so hard to keep us safe. The cashier staff is friendly, polite and professional as well. Kathy George who is CEO of Firekeepers is obviously a success in making it all come together. Considering the challenges facing all casinos during a pandemic, Firekeepers still manages to have great promotionals and to provide a pleasant casino experience.

Like the games but they keep crashing. Just lost another 375000 credits when game crashed at end of bonus round. Stopped playing Alice in wonderland because it crashes almost every time I get a bonus. Most of the time Sneak peak games won’t even load. Very frustrating.

I also had to quit playing some slots because of game crashes. Happens most when you finally win some bonus games. I had close to 3 million points when it decided to crash. Lost it all. If it happens again I will wipe my devices clean of this app.

These games are set just like their real slots they don’t pay you anything! When I first started going there they were coming on the P.A. All the time announcing “moneykeeper” winners now you can go all day and night on a Friday and Saturday and be lucky to hear one winner!
