lol seeing all of these reviews I was skeptical don’t get me wrong I’m use to having my funds within a hour also (like any other app) i withdraw funds on a Saturday asked a agent how long would it taken since it’s been over 3 hours they said 3-5 days (weekends) not included. The promos suck and does not work. Customer service did not resolve my issue instead of making sure your issue is solved they close out the chat. They messed with my account so I couldn't pull out my money then closed the chat. I'm deleting this app and never using it again. Money lost because I could not withdraw.

I didn’t read reviews and am so pi**ed I didn’t. They are all true about super slow payouts, horrendous software and tired games. Do NOT play here. There are lots of Mi casinos that pay in minutes. You don’t need to jump thru hoops either. Also the bricks and mortar casino is a joke as well.
