Waste of money!!!
I just bought this as part of a bundle that cost me $12-99AUS. It doesn’t work. According to the app store it should be compatible with my desktop Mac but it isn’t. The so-called screensaver is just a plain black screen. There are no options to click on and there is no button for in-app purchases. I want a refund.

Leider hält die App nicht, was sie verspricht. Ich kann zwar mit AirPlay den Ton auf meinem Fernseher übertragen, aber leider kein Bild somit nur einen Stern von mir Funktion nicht erfüllt!

Mas Studio M2 Ultra - MacOS Tahoe. Aucune cheminée ne fonctionne ! Achat inutile et décevant. A éviter !
Beaucoup de problèmes.
Application au fonctionnement très lent. Plusieurs options ne fonctionnent pas. Écran noir et plante lorsqu’on revient en arrière. Pas de son en Chromecast… Ne vaut même pas 0,99€.
App Doesn’t Work
Every fireplace video I selected either causes the app to quit or doesn’t load. Terrible!!
Funktioniert nicht
Leider kann ich weder auf meinem Handy noch auf dem TV irgendein Kaminfeuer abspielen. Wenn es mehr als ein Euro wäre, wäre ich wirklich verärgert, es ist aber immer noch ziemlich dreist.

This app is not working normally in the apple tv really is a piece of junk they stay only with the spinner (loading) and the other app that they have rooms with pretty scenarios are the same piece of junk Im planning to delete both apps

Scamming for subscription
Paid for the 4K app, got only 720p video, get pushed for a subscription. Worthless.

Das mit 4K zu bezeichnen ist schon Betrug. Es pixelt auf, die Qualität auf einem 4K oder HD TV ist absolut unzureichend.

Can’t get it to work I just get a black screen
I can’t get it to do anything. When chose the type of fireplace you want, all the pictures to select from in the scroll bar. You can’t select or change one and when the screensaver is activated the screen is just black.
