So bad
Worst App on my phone ! !
Website is great. App is almost worthless. It doesn’t even have push notifications. Every app on my phone has push notifications for free. I pay almost $700/month for this garbage.
Incredibly inefficient
This is by far the worst mobile app I have every used. My firm will be switching because of the overwhelmingly negative response our team has given us.
1) you can’t see what you’ve said to clients in past texting conversations. Only what the client has said, which can make for some guess work.
2) the app consistently crashes when creating new leads or navigating between different segments on the client profile. I use this app everyday and it and crashes around 50% of my use time.
3) once you begin typing a message you cannot close the app without losing what you have already typed. If you are needing to fact check something or even check an urgent notification you can’t do so without having to then retype your current message.

Fix the app for dark mode
Can’t read any test messages because you all can’t seem to figure out how to invert colors. Please fix ASAP the app is not usable for mobile users.

In need of a major overhaul. I find myself using the browser for responding to texts more often than using this app. Could be extremely helpful if it actually worked

Easy for on the road use
Firepoint has stepped up its game with their new app. It doesn’t do everything the web version does, but it’s not supposed to. The mobile app really makes it easier for quick actions on the go.
Don’t get me wrong, it’s not perfect. But it’s a great first version and I’m looking forward to seeing it progress.

Horrible
Not sure why they released this app. It’s horrible. Non-intuitive, never works, and crashes all the time. It’s so bad the uninstall isn’t working.

It crashes as soon as you open it.
Needs a lot of work
Barely functional at this point.
Off to a bad start
Out of many CRM mobile apps, this one is the least intuitive. Uninstalled. A lot of work to do before I consider using the mobile app. Stick with the Safari website version.
