Came here to this app to see Tyler Henry as I love his shows and watching him help so many others who need to hear his touching words from there loved ones that passed on as no time is a good time for passing. And have to say I love the app it’s easy to use and gives u plenty of opportunities to be in chat to speak to that star or person u came to see. Easy to use and gives u reminders as far as when that person will be on. And allows to to add to ur calendar many weeks in advance and set alarms as well. The price is even amazing for what u get so definitely if who u like is on here I recommend it highly. Thanks

Terrible customer service, exploitative terms and conditions
I got a year subscription to Dr Ramani, which has excellent content. Today is the day it would renew for another year, which I set in my calendar to call and decide to keep or cancel. I emailed today and was told it’s too late to cancel for this next year (even though it hasn’t even hit my credit card yet) and they won’t prorate. They told me I’m locked in for another 127 per year. I’m reporting them to my credit card and filing under BBB.
Beware of these exploitative terms and conditions. Dr Ramani, I hope you move your excellent content to a more trustworthy platform with higher integrity than this one.

Update: I was told to reach back out to correct this issue, so I did. It has been over a week and I still have not heard back.
DO NOT PAY FOR THIS! I was really excited about this app, specially to have more access to the Dr Ramani Network. The app itself bugs out, multiple audios play at the same time, different videos play than I actually clicked on, videos skip around, and overall it’s just really bad quality and not working well. I reached out to customer service asking for support and a refund as an u happy customer, we had a few exchanged and they have ghosted me since. DO NOT PAY FOR THIS!

Worst app
I paid for a year which l don’t recommend. The app is horrible & confusing. They won’t even refund me for the months that l haven’t even used. This app is a scam!

Failing in Inclusivity and Customer Service
The lack of customer support and response to inquiries is unacceptable. Moreover the transition from creators to money generators is truly disappointing. Despite many attempts to speak to a representatives, I have yet to be able to reach beyond a survey responses. Most especially I am frustrated in their lack of diversity within the representation of people with disabilities.

I had high hopes for Fireside, an app marketed as a platform for engaging discussions and connecting with like-minded people. However, after spending some time on it, I’m left feeling a bit disappointed. While the idea behind Fireside is solid, the execution leaves a lot to be desired.
First off, the app seems overly polished in a way that comes off as a bit cheesy. Secondly, and perhaps most notably, the app has a clear political tilt. Fireside seems overly driven by one-sided discussions, making it hard to engage in meaningful, balanced conversations without feeling like you’re being led toward a certain narrative. If you’re hoping for open dialogue across various viewpoints, you might find yourself frustrated by how heavily politicized the platform is.

Being with Self, in community
Wednesday at 6pm cst, I turn innerward, allowing the sound frequencies to flow into recesses of my body. The stressed or composed spaces, created over the week, in response to some story of told myself about things outside of my self I thought I had to do something about and didn’t or couldn’t. The energy of forgiveness shows up where and if is needed. This is my time to visit check in with me. Sometimes when Sister Shahidah invites us back into our bodies, I am motivated to flow my hands and arms across my body guiding the highest frequencies to wash over my entire being as if I were a ballerina or at least a fragile graceful bird. Oh, when the session concludes I hold in place, soaking up the lingering sound waves. Grateful to be bathing in sound in community ✨💜✨

I cancelled my subscription in April. I just noticed they removed money from my account in September. I click on every icon there is and not one will bring me to an account or support. Within the App Store I click on app support it takes me back to the app, which has no icon for support. Please stop taking my money and make it easier to remove accounts on your app.
