Glitchy and inaccurate
Needs major update. Glitchy and slow and inaccurate. Working orders don’t fall off even if filled if they are filled with this App in the background. Have to cancel orders that are already cancelled or have to keep logging out and then log back in to get correct refreshed working orders. Lags in real time which is dangerous for futures trading.

I've traded with several firms that offered mobile platforms. This one is by far the worse! Clunky and glitchy.
Read only pwd remember
Please add a feature to rememberthe pwd in read only mode like interactive broker mobile does, very annoying to relogin everytime i just want to confirm i dont have any open order or need to confirm balance thanks

This app needs to be update. It constantly freezes up. I have done every intervention possible and went to the Apple Store and they said this app hasn't been updated 10/2104. Please update!!!!!
TERRIBLE
The app for Firetip is terrible! It never loads and is clunky! You can't even see the whole screen. I feel like I'm running with something from 1990. I will not be trading on this program.

Very very basic. Opening and closing trades is a multiple step/screen process and needs to be able to happen from chart page. Candles often won't post accurately until the chart is changed or refreshed. Zooming in an out is very clunky and temperamental, and it makes looking at past history on the same chart almost impossible. It would help if equity and margin can be monitored from the chart page also. When I add an indicator, it removes whatever indicator was on or below the chart.. It should say 'change indicator,' because there is no adding. The screen will not rotate and wastes space on a tablet..Requiring the ipad be held upright with a small chart. I have made positive equity in a demo trading with it.. But if I had money on the line.. It adds a level of risk, I don't know that I would feel comfortable to trust and use it.
