Photo requirement should be optional.

Requiring a photo for every submission is excessive and annoying- sometimes you can only hear fireworks, not see them. Make photo requirement optional.

Glad to see this app!

I am so glad to see that this is available for people in Eugene to report illegal fireworks. I haven’t been able to use it yet because there aren’t any fireworks going off ... but I am really looking forward to having this option.
