Scam

I paid for $44.99 to use this app and after a few months it asked me to pay again in order to have access the the cases.

Scam ?

A few months ago I purchased this app unintentionally, after many many emails with Apple and the vendor I never got my money reimbursed and now that I try to use the app it asks me to pay again, is this a scam ?

We don't recall hearing from you regarding your purchase but in any case, the App Store has a refund policy which is stated on your receipt. The period for refunds from the App Store varies from region to region so you need to check your receipt. Only the App Store can issue refunds since they hold your credit card info. If you have recently updated your OS or installed the app on a different device, you do need to go through the purchase process again to access all the content. Be sure to use the same App Store ID you used when you made the original purchase and you won't be charged again. You will eventually reach a screen which says, "You have already purchased this app, do you want to download again for free?" Tap "Yes" and you'll be all set.

Time for an update.

So the questions are old, the app has not been updated since 2013.

I like what you did, but you need to keep things current, especially in medical training and when you are asking for almost $50 bucks for your product.

Need to be updated

Its really good on the go source for study . I highly recommend this app but it needs to be updated . The current app is based on first aid 2012 !!! There are lots of new informations added in new first aid books which are not covered in this app so the accuracy is low . Best regards

A helpful added review

A great addition to have as an app, when one has a few minutes to spare and go over some relevant USMLE STEP 1 material.

No price

Comes with only 5 free cases. It asks you to purchase the rest but does not give a price so god knows how much it'll end up charging, especially considering Apple does not verify charge amount before it happens...

Good App

Use flip screen functionality to view cases and questions is so Easy and simple. Chapters are allowing you to simultaneously study cases and high-yield facts.
