Requires LIGHT screen
I was unable to select my Local Vet until in I reverted my iPhone Settings, Display & Appearance to LIGHT mode!
In dark mode- you cannot see your text input & the Apps Search results for nearby vets.
I had previously used this APP okay, but over the years phone upgrades & me changing to DARK screen were preventing me using this APP.
PS I still couldn’t find my local vet listed - so I just selected another vet in order to bypass this initial setup step.

Doesn’t work at all
Search for “participating” vet and nothing comes up anywhere and so you cannot access the app. Completely pointless!
Simply hopeless, doesn't work
Can't get past the first screen. Writing doesn't appear when I put the name in and no vets come up.
Unable to access my vet
Tapped in postcode, suburb and name of vet. It doesn’t even give you time to type in a full vet name before asking you to wait, then coming up with nothing. This app was recommended by my vet but it’s not working at all for me.

The text to search for a vet or location does not show, app is useless.
Works well but needs a tweak
This app is useful and informative and easily found my vet.
My only issue is that when you put important information in white text on a pastel blue-green background, it’s extremely difficult to read. Please look at your colours.

Doesn’t work
Can’t even type in my suburb. It’s just completely blank then it goes searching then goes blank again. Hopeless
A great idea
This is great and easy to use. A must for petowners and their furry friends. I have it on all the families phones
What’s the point?
I Re-Downloaded this app as I replace my old iPhone with a new one now can’t get into it as it’s brining up no vets what so ever , available to select to use this app.

Totally useless
I picked up the pamphlet from my local vet and I thought what a great idea but it won’t connect when I’m putting in my local vets name, postcode and suburb even though I have internet connection so this app is a waste time. If you can fix the broken app then hopefully it would be a fantastic app to use

No vets
I downloaded the app thinking it would be good for information, As we live in the country and the nearest vet is 2hours away, I thought this might be a good source of information. But I couldn’t go pass find a vet as there was no vets available in my area. I even put in a major city near by and still couldn’t go any further. So disappointed.

Doesn’t work
I downloaded this app a couple years ago and it was fine - now it won’t go past the initial vet location screen with no bypass. Nothing wrong with my network just a broken app! Please fix!!

This app is so easy to use and to open in emergencies.
Our kitten was sick and we knew what to do and the information is correct and precise and you even have the phone number.

This app works completely fine unlike those whom have commented otherwise. Put in postcode and vets showed up within a second. Great resource. 1 star lost as sometimes hard to read as the text doesn’t shape the screen well, but understand this so all can read without issue. Continue to build the database please :)

Totally Useless
The screen to find your local vet won’t load, even when there is internet connection. No way to skip or bypass this point. Waste of time downloading!

Lucky my cats life isn't in the balance. App can't connect to server so can't get past the search for my local vet. Totally useless
Amazing little app
Such a relief having an app like this to refer to when something is not right with a pet.
