New mobile app is appallingly horrible!
I’ve had the most stressful time of my life trying to log in to the new app. For some reason they made the transition and updated this app only to make it harder trying to log in. Why did you fix what’s not broken!!!

Absolutely appalling. The new mobile app does not recognize me. I called the customer svc number, on hold for 45 minutes, and the rep told me what password to enter and id it didn’t work to call them back and hung up. Well of course it didn’t work. I’m currently on hold for the 3rd time today as their system hangs up after 30 minutes on hold. Finally got to speak to a human, and I told her about the issues I’m having and she put me on hold again…25 minutes ago! I’m heading to my local branch to withdraw everything and changing banks. Why would they do this to people??
