Apple pay will only have me verify my debit card by calling a number that’s currently unavailable, card management doesn’t have any options in app
Update gone wrong
Honestly I’ve no issues with the app generally, but it needed to update and for some reason that required me updating my phone (really didn’t want to), and after doing it anyway and then updating the app, the sucker won’t load and I’ve waited like 30 minutes. Is there something I did wrong?

First Bank & Trust lives up to the name “Bank Easy”. Everyone is always so helpful and their app is so easy to use!!

My card seems to never work. used my card all day and now deciding it doesn’t want to work. couldn’t buy the necessities i NEEDED.

The app has been bugging on my phone for 2 weeks now. No number to call for assistance, no email, nothing. Trash

if you want to actually be allowed to use your money after bank hours then go with a different bank
Great Banking App
This app is really good. Easy to use. Easy to find the things I use consistently. There’s other things that I don’t use, but I’m sure others do.

Disappointed
This app takes forever to refresh and show transactions. I made a payment to our loan on 4/14/2025 but the app doesn’t reflect that in the amount due for 5/1/2025. It makes tracking your payments and finances extremely difficult.
Not impressed.
Most times it doesn’t work or an error comes up.
Needs Improvement
So far behind real-time deposits and payments on loans/accounts. Takes days to acknowledge payments and deposits. Our credit Union does a much better job of real time balances.
Phone transfer
Love this way of banking, it’s so easy.
