Can’t Download Bank Statements
The First Bank Biz To Go app is not useful and disappointing. Lacks necessary banking features expected from a bank app.
Worst Part: No feature to view and download bank statements. That means, it’s useless for online banking. Virtually all bank apps let you download bank statements. Except this bank app.

This is a clear indication of how the application does not even work. I’m not even able to type or see what I am riding. function of this app works about 50% of the time. Out of all of the banks that I deal with this is the worst.

This app is super buggy and mobile deposits are inconsistent saying they can’t read my check endorsement. Wish that feature worked better as it’s the main reason I use the app and don’t want to go to the bank during COVID!

No Touch ID, no support for LastPass, limited feature. Compared to chase app, it looks old, lack of features, just like first bank aging website

More Convenience needed
You know this app needs more features. It’s 2019, the time it’s taking to release quick pay is a little much.

If this app worked on a regular basis it might be good but when they tell you error contact Bank then Never give you a phone number to contact the bank with. When it works it’s OK but it only works about 10% of the time they need to give them a wake up call or get someone new
Mobile Deposits
The mobile deposit camera should have a way to use the flash. I couldn’t get a good picture without shadows so it wouldn’t accept my deposit.
Need to cancel first bank accounts
