I have other bank apps on my phone and this is the only one that always give problems …. Is so annoying !!
Poorly done update
The original format of the app and its quirks were not my favorite, but they were beginning to grow on me. Post-update, it is the bane of my existence. Cards that were automatically available to pause in my account must now be added?? Not a very helpful feature to be surprised by if the card is already lost. Everything takes eons to load—the app must frequently be closed and reopened, as it has a tendency to freeze at login. The credit score screen has taken up residence where previously it was quite simple to view account balances, and it is endlessly irritating to watch the rainbow wheel rating my financial success mock me as it glitches to block my view of anything useful. Love the staff at this bank, but the app is deplorable.

Minimal
I make a deposit on Saturday and it doesn’t up on line until Tuesday. Other banks I have used show a deposit immediately. And they show a copy of the check with the record of the deposit.
Please correct the app’s name!
After the initial release I saw the app’s name was “Personal”. Then there was another release right away where some bugs were corrected, yet the name stayed the same. I am guessing the developers think this name represents the bank properly?
I used to type “FBHP” to search on my phone and the app would appear as the first result. To find the app - now I have to type “Personal”?
Please change the app name to “FBC”
