Glitchy
Checks don’t deposit as easily as other banking apps. Balance will show total deposits upon logging in then flash to the actual balance. Overall, not user-friendly and a bit frustrating for trying to run a business.

I’d give it less if I could. I’ve had about enough of this bad banking company. I have way more issue with this app than any other in my entire life. Why can’t I log in? Why am I getting an Error when the questions are answered correctly? Makes me wonder if this is a bad bank as well. Makes me want to take my business else where. So infuriating and inconvenient. Quite the opposite of what it’s supposed to be.

Hasn’t worked
The app hasn’t worked for me for days. It says it’s updating and keeps flashing. Having a bank app is very important and having a non working one is horrible.
App is great when it’s working!
My app won’t open and there’s no update available. It flashes, “updating please wait 100%” and the logo but the app never opens. Not reliable at all!

It keeps telling me i’m missing “for mobile deposit only” endorsement even though it’s right there on the check since i just had written it. My hand writings not bad i don’t think, but i’m getting tired of having to resubmit my checks and not knowing if they’ll go through or not.

Iphone xs max. Yalls update a couple of months ago broke the app it just continuously loads. I was hoping a new update would fix this but it hasn't.
This is a bad app
Stops me from logging in all the time the only way I fix it is delete the app and redownlad it’s frustrating.
Can’t login
I’ve been banking with this bank for a year and some change now and the app tends to load continuously and I never get to login to check my balance.
Most Frustrating Bank App
Bank at 3 banks - FBT, Chase and Frost. Most of my transactions are through Chase and Frost apps which operate conveniently and efficiently without interruption.
On the other hand, while having fewer transactions on the FBT app there are multiple problems, issues, challenges and downtime with the app. FBT needs to recognize customers problems with the app and address them or expect to lose customers to more customer centric banks.

Doesn’t even open.
I need this app but it NEVER opens on my phone (iPhone 7). I used to at least be able to type in my login information before it froze up but now all it pulls up is the white screen with the logo on it.
