If you are able to access your account, maybe this thing would have some value. But whoever put this thing together seems to have forgotten the purpose of the app is to be able to see your bank account, and not to input every password you’ve used in the past 10 years and have a stroke. Complete garbage.

Bad app
Mobile deposit doesn’t work. Set up an account elsewhere because I am not willing to deal with app issues. Not a good experience with the app or bank overall. Customer service and tech support did not help with the issues.
Can’t login
Logging in on computer? Fine and normal, logging in on the app when I for sure have the right id and password? Says its wrong. After triple checking it is not wrong and the exact same i use on the computer. Deleting it, reinstalling didnt fix it. Please fix the app or don’t offer one
Don’t Waste Your Time 😕
I’ve downloaded the app at least five times. If you forget to close out of the app for extended periods, naturally it forces a timeout; however, the system itself doesn’t like when this happens as it will not recognize your user id or password until after you redownload the app. Another issue with the bank (unrelated to the app just thought I’d forewarn you guys) imagine depositing CASH into your account via ATM and not having access to those funds for several days at a time. Doesn’t offer mobile deposit which now of days is basic with online mobile banking. Very limited things available on the app.
VERY Poor App!
Don’t offer a mobile app, then not bother to keep it up to speed. There’s no excuse with today’s technology to fall behind on updates. This has been unreliable for since I downloaded it over 5 years ago. As much as I travel, I need easy access and this app doesn’t meet any of my needs. Will definitely look elsewhere to do my banking.

Poor login
The app is terrible. I can’t log into my account AT ALL, but I can log into the website just fine. Fix this please
App does not work
This App has worked one time for me, since that one time I constantly get an error saying it is updating. I have uninstalled, reinstalled, and restarted my phone. Have even contacted the bank with no response back. I like the bank, would really love to be able to access my accounts from my phone!
No Fingerprint log on
Pretty good app, but lacking biometric log on, which is slightly annoying
