This app needs so much work, it's terrible! even though I checked the box for to use Face ID and to remember me, it never does! It's the most annoying thing ever! And then, if it wants to verify that it's me by texting my phone, it never has the right phone number,so I'm assuming it's mixing up someone else's account with mine? its garbage. I've used this app on three different iPhones and a pixel 8 pro, it's always the same result.. it's garbage, it needs to be fixed.. I'm sorry, I hate this app, until something is done about it I will continue to hate it. I just want to check my balance without signing in every single freaking time, just a little convenience, is that too much to ask for?

Broken App
The App is making me change my password, but even though I used all of the characters required by the criteria (and see check marks for all password requirements) when I hit continue it errors saying that password did meet the requirements. Very poor UX. Hire new devs Cahawba.
Confused
So I just started my checking account a few days ago and the nice lady inside the bank who helped me recommended that I use this app. However, it’s asking for a username but it doesn’t give me the option to create an online account. It tells me I’m entering the wrong information and to contact customer support. maybe I’m just confused? guess I’ll keep it old-school for now.

Face recognition doesn’t work to sign in
I just upgraded to iPhone 11 which uses facial recognition instead of Touch ID. The only problem is that it says I’m not authorized for facial recognition and it’s asking me to sign each time as a result. Please fix.
