Name check tool
I have been using the app for more than a year and it’s quite stable and convenient to use both at home and abroad. However, it lacks a name check tool for account numbers within or outside the bank while making transfers, which makes the customer prone for a mistake.

The app is not providing options for payments etc
Failure to transfer to new device
I am having trouble transferring to a new device as the code that I receive can not be entered or whenever I try and enter the code it keeps on deleting.
