I’m not mad just disappointed
Since I got with this bank and have had this app I have had so many problems occur. Constantly have trouble trying to check my balance because it won’t go past the login. Not sure who is dropping the ball there but it is becoming a consistent headache. Please fix

Don’t update your iPhone to 16.4 beta
Every time iPhone doesn’t update it seems like this app gives me an issue where when I try to open the app it gives me the quick white screen and then returns me to my iPhone home screen, are usually come to the App Store and there is an update, and that fixes it, this time for the past three weeks I have had issues with it doing the white screen and then bring me back to home screen, I deleted the app, I did a hard re-start on my phone and reinstall the app and the problem still process. I called the banks and they walk me through everything and then at the last minute they said, hold on, I just got a note saying there is an issue with iOS 16.4 beta, and for me to revert to a different iOS. That was almost 3 weeks ago and the problem is still here, if it is a known issue, they should have had it worked out by now.

App reset
I have a problem with the app since a few days before march 2023. What happened is when I tried to open the app it’s show like will be open. But displays get white like initiating the app and then bring me back to the Home Screen of my phone.
It just to work pretty good before. But no any more.
I call the bank and the told me to remove and reset the phone. And reinstall it again. But still not work.
I got a iPhone 13pro completely updated.

Worst App
This app never works properly. I have had to reset my password numerous times because it can’t “validate my information.” Will probably switch banks because of it.
Best a king Experience
My entire family uses First Chatham Bank. Best service and personnel we’ve ever experienced. Small town feel with big town professional service.
Hasn’t been working for the past 5 months??
Has anybody else been having trouble logging in the past couple months? I’ve even went up to the bank personally some time ago to troubleshoot the problem and was told to just refresh the app.

Please Fix
When the latest update released I noticed it no longer showed most of the locations associated with each transaction as it did before. Please fix this issue. Now it will show the city and maybe two or three letters of the location, if I'm lucky.
