Needs improvement
I have the app downloaded, but when I try to login it keeps saying can’t verify information contact the bank!!! I don’t have time for that because I live out of state and it makes it difficult, plus I manage my mom’s account as well.

Needs help
This app could really use an update. It is a hit or miss getting in to check my balance. Most of the time it is extremely slow and then it says unable to verify please call the bank. If I have to call the bank, I can just get my balance from them and be done with it. SMH.

A little slow and most of the time it says an error has occurred call Bank! I can check my balance though!
Transfers
Really wish I could transfer money from my account to someone else's account through this app instead of having to call or go to the bank itself.
